Do I need to arrange a room-mate to be able to reserve a shared room?
Yes, you have to reserve a shared room with a roommate.
How can I contact someone at RSL?
On arrival you will be given a contact telephone number where we will be available 24 hours a day for any emergency that can’t be dealt with in normal office hours.
Is there a curfew for entering or leaving the residence?
No. You will have your own keys, only please ensure the main doors are securely closed on leaving/entering.
Do I need to bring towels or bed linen?
No, both are provided.
Do I have to pay any utility bills?
No, they are included in the price. However, we reserve the right to claim additional charges should we detect abnormal consumption due to abusive usage.
Can I receive visitors?
Yes but they must vacate the residence at 23h, unless express permission has been given by the management for them to stay. We reserve the right to admission based in the common interests of all the residents.
How many people share the same bathroom?
Each room has individual en-suite. Only when staying in a shared room would you have to share the bathroom.
Is WiFi available?
Yes, there WiFi is available throughout the building, additionally all rooms are provided with internet access via cable.
How is my room cleaned?
There is a cleaning service included in the price, but residents are expected to maintain their space and preserve the integrity of the installations.
How do I make my reservation?

If I have to cancel the reservation do I lose my deposit?
No, if you cancel three months before the scheduled entry, we will refund the deposit amount except a 10% for manage cost.
What is the “guarantee” deposit?
It constitutes a deposit that will be returned to you within the first three weeks after the termination of your stay with us and it covers any possible damages caused to the installations or payment default.
