What cookies we use and how to manage them
Cookies are small text files that websites store in your browser when you visit them. They allow the site to remember information about your visit: language preferences, whether you have already accepted the cookie notice, or how you navigate the page.
Some cookies are essential for the site to function properly. Others are optional and are only activated if you give your consent.
The legal basis for the use of cookies in Spain is Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), together with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) where processing involves personal data.
These are strictly necessary for the basic operation of the site. Without them, certain features would stop working correctly. They do not require your prior consent under Art. 22(2) of the LSSI-CE.
These allow us to understand how users interact with the site: which pages are visited most, how long users spend in each section, or which devices they use. This information is used in aggregate form to improve the site.
Current status: activated upon consent. The site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-SMDEK675RP) to understand how the website is used and to improve it. These cookies are only loaded if you accept the «analytics» category in the cookie panel. If you decline, the Google Analytics script does not execute and no data is collected.
These enable interactive maps and embedded content from external services. Their use may allow those third parties to record information about your visit.
Current status: activated upon consent. The site integrates Google Maps (embedded iframe) to display the residence's location. The map is only loaded if you accept the «marketing» category in the cookie panel. If you decline, a placeholder is shown and no Google resources are loaded.
You can review and change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer of the page. A configuration panel will open where you can enable or disable each category of optional cookies.
To withdraw all consent and return to the initial state, you can also use the "Reject all" button in the panel.
All modern browsers allow you to block or delete cookies directly from their settings. Please note that disabling technical cookies may affect the correct functioning of the site.

RSL may update this cookie policy when new services are added to the site or when the categories of cookies used change. Any significant change will be communicated via the cookie banner itself, requesting consent again if necessary.
