Rocafort Student Living is a new and unique place to reside en Rocafort; our centre offers accomodation for only a small number of students which allows us to provide an authentic feel of comfort and familiarity.
Rocafort Student Living is just 5 minutes walk (500m) from the metro stop in Rocafort, providing a direct line to the centre of Valencia and linking you with all the major university campus.
Rocafort is a town well-known for it’s great “quality of living” feeling, located only 15 minutes by metro from Valencia city centre and conveniently close to all the major Universities (Campus Burjassot, Universidad Católica, CEU Cardenal Herrera University).

Accommodation
RSL is located in a large, fully rehabilitated town house, with 500 m2 over two floors it centres around an interior patio that provides natural light to all the rooms.
Each one of our functional, modern rooms enjoys exterior orientation with natural light, en suite bathrooms, fridge, internet connection, individual air conditioning and everything necessary for study and rest.
RSL has also carefully thought out the ‘common use’ areas in which fellow residents can share time and space, socialise or simply relax.

These are the current rates for the academic year 2023/2024:
Single room type A *
Size: between 9 and 10 m2
Single room type B *
Size: between 10 and 12 m2
Single room type C *
Size: between 12 and 13 m2
Single room type D *
More than 15 m2, 2 windows, 1 individual sofa, a reading lamp, more storage capacity
Double share room *
Services included in the price:
- Double or single room with en suite bathroom and fridge.
- Half board from Monday to Friday (breakfast and evening meal).
- Utilities (water and electricity)
- Serviced room (bedding, towels and cleaning).
- Internet connection. (Wi-Fi or cable, both are available)
- Independent temperature regulation in each room.
- Own fridge in the room.
- Use of the common kitchen
- Free self-service washing facilities.
- Use of all common areas.
*Prices indicated are for stays of 10 months duration and over; for shorter terms please consult us.
*The equivalent amount to two months fee must be deposited before taking occupancy, held in concept of guarantee.

FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions)
Here is a FAQ list:
Do I need to arrange a room-mate to be able to reserve a shared room?
Yes, you have to reserve a shared room with a roommate.
And if I need to contact someone from RSL?
On arrival you will be given a contact telephone number where we will be available 24 hours a day for any emergency that can’t be dealt with in normal office hours.
Is their a curfew for entering/leaving the residence?
No. You will have your own keys, only please ensure the main doors are securely closed on leaving/entering.
Do I need to bring towels or bed linen?
No, both are provided.
Do I have to pay any utility bills?
No, they are included in the price. However, we reserve the right to claim additional charges should we detect abnormal consumption due to abusive usage.
Can I receive visitors?
Yes but they must vacate the residence at 23h, unless express permission has been given by the management for them to stay. We reserve the right to admission based in the common interests of all the residents.
How many people share the same bathroom?
Each room has individual en-suite. Only when staying in a shared room would you have to share the bathroom.
Is WiFi available?
Yes, there WiFi is available throughout the building, additionally all rooms are provided with internet access via cable.
What about cleaning my room?
There is a cleaning service included in the price, but residents are expected to maintain their space and preserve the integrity of the installations.
How do I make my reservation?

If I have to cancel the reservation do I lose my deposit?
No, if you cancel three months before the scheduled entry, we will refund the deposit amount except a 10% for manage cost.
What is the “guarantee” deposit?
It constitutes a deposit that will be returned to you within the first three weeks after the termination of your stay with us and it covers any possible damages caused to the installations or payment default.
